GCSE is a small non-profit organization and asks that only people who need it to attend ask for it. All registration fees pay to produce the conference and are used directly to support our mission.

Please note that we have a limited number of need-based discounted registrations. If you are able, we encourage you to pay the standard price.

If you need an additional discount or full scholarship, please contact us at erin@gcseglobal.org.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Please note that unfortunately GCSE will not accept registration cancellations. For any questions, please email erin@gcseglobal.org.

Substitutions

If a registered attendee cannot attend the conference, the registered attendee may transfer their registration to another attendee from the same institution until June 10, 2022. After that no substitutions will be accepted.

Video and Photography Release

GCSE uses photographs and videos of conference events in its promotional materials. GCSE will also publish recordings of conference keynotes, plenaries, and panel sessions. By virtue of their attendance, all conference participants agree to use their likeness in such materials unless the permission is revoked in writing to GCSE.

Code of Conduct

The Global Council for Science and the Environment expects all conference attendees to maintain high standards of professional conduct and uphold the policies and procedures set forth for the conference. GCSE is committed to maintaining an environment that encourages Equity, Inclusion, Diversity, Justice, and Access, as well as respect and dignity for each individual. As part of the commitment, GCSE prohibits harassment, racism, sexism, and all other forms of discrimination.

To the degree that an attendee, individually or collectively, purposefully and fraudulently circumvents GCSE’s rules, regulations, and ethical standards, GCSE views such conduct as serious violation that will jeopardize attendance at the conference and could jeopardize attendance at future conferences.

By completing registration, you agree to all conference policies listed within the program, GCSE website, and the online registration website.
